Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@silkandspirit.com. Returns must be pre-authorized and sent to the designated return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at cs@silkandspirit.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to item availability.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Mystery Box and custom-designed pieces
- Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order designs)
These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your selection.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
